Is it possible to resize all nicklists by a command? if so what is it, if not how can nicklist be rezised so they will all be equal?

I don't think it's possible to resize the nicklist using a command, however, if you open one channel window and adjust the nicklist so that it's the size you want, than right-click on the channel button and go to Nick list..., check the Set as defaul for all channels box and press OK. It should use that size for every channel opened from that point on.
