If you need a "key" for a program you invariably have to register it. If registration is free then there shouldn't be a problem. If registration is not free, then we're not going to provide you with keys as that would be illegal. You have to pay for your software.
If PC Bug Doctor is some sort of antivirus, there are plenty of of free ones out there you can use if you don't have the money to buy one. For example,
AVG and
The Cleaner.
What's more, this is an mIRC forum - it's inappropriate to post threads related to some other program that has nothing to do with mIRC, nor has mIRC got anything to do with obtaining illegal keys, files and so forth. If this is what you believe, you are incorrect.
