Description : With Lucy, you can glue a mIRC desktop window INTO your desktop, kill the caption and its borders and make it transparent.

WHY ?

Because, that way you can have the IRC text DIRECTLY ON your desktop!

This is related to another feature suggestion... that's why! this is the solution for that feature suggestion. So it's totally relevant. Since Khaled is not going to build that feature.

It works if you have IE6+

All my friends use it on XP , I myself use it on 2k3... w0rx perfectly.

i have ie6+ but that should not have anything to do with it.

siyavash: It seems that people are growing rather tired of you forcing your programme and opinion onto them. Why one would want transparency in a web browser is completely beyond me. Given that most sites are black text on a white background and that a fair majority of desktop wallpapers are dark would defeat the purpose even before including the fact that transparency would destroy the theme of any site, or am I missing something here?

If it was the GUI that becomes transparent then that would confuse the hell out of me as I have come to know and like "Windows Grey".
