Add getter and setter methods more extensive that /url

In particular
/url add [mark] URL
/url reload (refereshes from url.ini)
/url dump (dumps to url.ini)

Why: Making a script that needs to add descriptive data about recently captured URLs

That's a good idea! But I did a lot more than this, and it has a searchable database, with informations about the time, the network and channel where I get the link. For the images, I've also add thumbnails from the images, and for some fun, I add an online list with a few stats. It's all done in mIRC scripting, and has an http server integrated. It's an addon I coded last year, and I always have it running, but it's in French, maybe I could translate it to English one day.. who knows? So it's a kind of enhancement to mIRC's url, as we can't get everything done the way we want, and I understand it. Even if it's in French, I hope it can be useful.
