Forums Connection Issues Good ol Dalnet issues, best servers?

ok can i get a list of like 5 best servers? dunno why but for me it seems 75% of the servers i use dont work, usually 99.9% . and yes i try the ones on the dalnet official site. just some servers that ppl who go to dalnet use and work with good chance lol. ty

dragons.dal.net (the ONLY one my BNC works on)
mesra.dal.net
hotspeed.dal.net
uk/us/irc.dal.net (server pools)
serverpronto.dal.net

There are some new routing servers and such but they aren't listed in /links and I don't believe it's possible to connect to them directly, you might find luck (probably depending ony our geographical location) connecting to one of the server pools.

serverpronto.dal.net is renamed to rumble.dal.net after some attacks.

Yes, that is quite a recent change and was not the case when I first posted that reply

I don't know if the server rename has anything to do with attacks though, as it wouldn't do anything to defend themselves. It's probably due to some sort of sponsor change, but I don't want to speculate as I have no "official" idea on the change - might try emailing kruzin[at]dal.net as he is the admin.
