i am looking for a pm/query manager script, where i can add my notify list to it so that it accepts private messages from the people on it but sends a message to all others saying that messages are not accepted, until i read and want to accept them.

Can anyone help me ??

i believe this is an easy thing to do with mirc (6.03), but im a bit new to all this and dont know.
