Forums Feature Suggestions mIRC programming

im getting into software development and was wondering if you needed help and how? im getting bored with nothing to build lol so im just posting to see if anyone needs help..knowledge:

PHP, MySQL, HTML, CSS, Visual C/C++ (just starting)
i can build forums, authentication scripts and stuff with PHP and MySQL and im starting Linux and MacOS programming if you ever decided to start a version of mIRC for those languages (I know you said your not, but just incase:) )hope i can help!

if you havent already, you might try finding channels where ppl with similar interests to you hang out. others there may have projects they'd like help/opinions on. you could check out websites like http://irc.netsplit.de/ or use /list *visual* or /list *C++* etc

I'd like to build a set of services in PHP

Primary function, clan bots.
I also have a long list of commands I plan to integrate, not sure when I will be staring however.
