hi there,
if i download a html/php file which has been encoded in gzip.. how can i convert the source from gibberish as i see it, to the actual words?

the header of the file i downloaded is...

i've found a dll which could zip/unzip .gz files..

Just tell the server you're not interested in encoded files ... either make a HTTP/1.0 (and not 1.1!) request, or send an Accept-Encoding: none header laugh

I don't really have a way to test these solutions but I believe one of them will work.
