I've been wanting to create my own IRC Channel, for a website i'm making. But I have no clue how to start

Could someone please help

to create a channel, you just join an empty channel on a network.

some networks allow you to register channels by yourself (usually small networks) try /msg chanserv help

other networks require you to ask for channel registration (bigger networks)

or you could just use your own bots/friends (that you know and trust) to hold the channel while you are not there

That is too much work for you ?
If you join a channel and there is nobody
already there .. you just created a channel.
Can't get any easier than that.

mIRC is software, a chat client, and doesnt have any association with the tons of networks or servers. Since each network has its own procedures/policies/commands for registering channels there isnt any way there could be a "button" to do so. If you want to click on a button to join a channel, just add it to your favorites list and click join.

Note that even if the network has channel registration, you dont have to register it. You register the channel so you can avail yourself of the channel services that network has and so you can maintain control of it.
