I FServ and whenever I try to change the Total Max Cps in options it automatically changes it to 128. Is there any way I can bypass this and make my DCC Sends send at around 30 KB/s instead of 100? Please give me a step by step ... and not just an older thread because it didn't work for me. Thanks a lot in advance.

Cps is characters per second, not kilobytes per second, try changing it to 30720 and see what send speed you get. Also I think that that option only effects DCC Gets, rather than DCC Sends, because the option is listed under fserve. 30720 is just a guess, I have no idea how to convert cps to kbps, searched google, found no information on how to.

1 character = 8 bits = 1 byte
%KBytes/sec = $bytes(%cps,k).suf
%Kbits/sec = $bytes($calc(%cps * 8),k).suf
