anonad31 A	I've been using Mirc for a while now, but in the last few days, when I try to open a link, like a pass to a site, it won't load and gives an "Invalid Syntax Error" message. What is this and how do I fix it? thanks Anonad

dylan D	It's because IE (with the latest patches) no longer supports http://user:pass@website.com url's.

After applying the patch, if user information is included you'll get invalid syntax error, read http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;834489 which has details about why and "workaround"
