What is going on here? Any ideas? It happens each time I try to connect - I am using a HTTP tunneling client (HTTPort 3.SNFM) due to blocked ports over a university LAN connection. Dial-up works fine but I could do with more bandwidth ;P

Any suggestions???

That error means too many people are connecting to that server/network from your IP, you will have to wait until one of the other people disconnects or try a different server.
