I have this in my status popups:
Code:
.netwname: {
  server -m server1here:particular port here
}

The prob i have is that when i try connecting to that server and the server is offline, mIRC just picks a different server and uses the default port (6667) i want to be able to make a list of servers and more importantly ports or something that mIRC goes through be4 choosing it's own server.

How can i do that?

It uses the servers that are in the servers.ini list.
If you don't want it to advance through the list after
a failed connection attempt, go to
mIRC Options (Alt + o) > Options > Retry button
Deselect 'Try next server in group'

You can also add the servers you
want to the network by going to
mIRC Options (Alt + o) > Servers
Select your network in the top box and you can
Add, Edit & Delete servers in the list below that.
