Forums Bug Reports Copy/paste length bug

I sincerely apologise if this has been covered in the past or in another post somewhere (I didn't look through old posts ).

mIRC absolutely refuses to copy to the clipboard selected text that's one character in length. Two and above are accepted; one is highlighted, and acts as if it's been copied to the clipboard, but isn't.

Is there some particular reason for this? Seems almost like there would have to be code in there to check for this, rather than let Windows take care of it.

If I remember correctly this is intended so you won't accidentally copy single character to clipboard and empty what's in it already, and that way f*cking up the paste you're going to make when clicking on window to activate mIRC.
