okies helpppppp !!!!!

i am using normal mirc no bot or script attched.
wot i want it to do is join to channels on the same server under 2 different names. i am assuming you can do this in perform. i can get it to join 2 channels on the same name but as soon as i try to get 2 seperate names in it changes the name on the one already joined.
it doesnt seem to want to open a seperate window for the second name. maybe i got my commands all wong as it is doing it on the same server. i need the names to do it on adentify aswell as i am a host in both these rooms.

any help greatfully appeciated or a point in the right direction

1: connect to the server you want
2: change your nick to the first nickname you want
3: join the channel
4: connect to the server in a new server window (/server -m or use the dialog)
5: change your nick to the second nickname you want
6: join the channel

you are now connected twice to the same network and channel under 2 different names...
