You may want to see the Q Commands page on the QuakeNet website (which you could have looked for yourself) or ask in the #feds or #help channel of QuakeNet. These boards are for help with the mIRC IRC client, not for individual IRC networks, servers, channels, personal issues etc. Most networks (and definitely the big ones) have their own resources for helping users.
