I was just wondering that Khaled would make the mIRC enviroment also tabbed. (like .NET), and have an option to chose between these 2 enviroments...
It would be totally neat, and would give mIRC a new exciting look... This can be done with dll's, I know, but that's all buggy.
and I was just wondering cool

I think it's pretty pointless as mIRC's MDI interface is like tabs.

Since you took the time to reply to trenzterra, couldn't you point him (and others among us who do not understand what you're saying) to a screenshot/description or at least try to describe it a bit more in your own words? No, you're not obliged to do this; it's just a matter of common courtesy and respect.

i think what he is reffering to is for example the way VisualStudio displays its windows. It has an option between MDI and tabbed.

I think he means tabs similar to what Xchat has for it's interface. Screenshot.

similar im sure altho i dont like the layout. Id rather have the tabs a child of the MDI window itself just setparent the windows into it. This way it doesnt interferre with the other items such as the toolbar etc.. hmmm perhaps a dll?

i think its mainly prefference. I use VS alot and im just used to switching windows with the tab. There really isnt much functionality to it. at least none i can think of.
