10.Fixed memory handling bug in jpg loading routine.

Still having problems using 6.03, getting load errors all the time, sometimes it loads ok someties it wont (same jpg image).

Win XP pro
AMD 1.2
512 MB ram

same here. especially large jpg backgrounds load significantly slower than .bmp ones, or not at all.
using win xp pro sp1, mirc 6.03.

ive been having a bit of lag when i try scrolling up or down in a channel if ive been in there a while when i have a background image ...... so yes id say the problem still exists ....... altho it is a bit better from 6.02 to 6.03 ...... ive got 1.3ghtz cpu and 1024 mb ram so in either case im pretty sure its not in my system but the mirc itself .... anyhow hope it gets addressed in the next version again
