Forums mIRC Help IRC doesn't connect

EDIT:I know this should be on 'CONNECTION PROBLEMS' but meh

Alright, I tried this using both IRC and Trillian, both didn't work...

People said it was maybe because of the IP address starting with a network IP number, but I have tried proxying but that doesn't seem to work either.
I am using the same connection as always, everything is normal...it just doesn't work. And it just stopped working about 3 weeks ago...

Description: UtoNet: CA, UtoNetServer
Server: irc.evek.org
Country: Canada
Port: 6667
Group: UtoNet

Also, this is the only Server it doesn't work on. I have tried many other ports and they all failed
So here is my first question
Besides Port 6667, what are ALL the other ports I could try?

I also have no firewalls set up...and I really don't know what else to do....

Since its only this server, its most likely a problem on their end, as in the server could be down. Have you checked that network's website? Whether they use other ports or not, i dont know, but the generally used ports are 6660-6669, 7000-7001

Maybe try connecting to the ip, /server 64.246.38.95

I connected to it ok just now, so its up. from MOTD:
