The problem is that no !-commands work for me, except !invite...
Does anyone know how to solve this?

Are you talking about a bot? If so, ask the bot's owner/maker. There are many many possible reasons for why it doesn't work.

mIRC has no !users command.

If something happens when you type !users, then it is a script doing it.

Chanserv commands are unrelated to mIRC, ask the server admins or the people who own the bot what has changed.

If you are using a mirc with scripts in the remotes that trigger with on text, than those commands do not triggr for youself. mIRC will not respond to commands you type with an on text event.

However, if you are referring to a bot in the channel, other than yourself, consult the bot's owner. If it's yours, try consulting the creator.
