Firstly, there is no such thing as an "mirc admin" - mIRC is a program (client actually) that runs IRC on your computer. Whilst Khaled is the author, he has no authority on what goes on on the different networks and channels.
Secondly, you haven't specified what you're banned from. Are you banned from an IRC network or a server or a channel?
If you're banned from a network/server you will have to find a way to contact the networks IRCOps - try their network website for information. If you're all connecting at once then it's likely to be because of cloning (several clients connecting, usually with the same IP/hostname, to one network or server). If you don't know the networks website, then search
Google.
If you're banned from a channel, then you'll need to contact one of the OPS (@) of the channel. Finding out who owns the channel (if anyone) varies depending on what network you use, but ask in the #Help channel of the network. You might also try using
/mode #channel b and see who banned your IP and wait for them to come online and then message them. Use
/notify nickname to know when they come on/offline.
In either case, *we* have no tools or authority to unban you from anything. You'll have to contact the appropriate person(s) in order to get yourself unbanned basically. Alternatively, the easier (but possibly less effective) way of getting back in is simply wait for the ban to expire. If it's a ban from a network/server then it's unlikely to last more than 24 hours-1 week. If it's a channel, then it could be any time - bans from channels do not expire until an OP removes it. This could be within 10 seconds of reading this, or 10 months.
I strongly suggest you find out what the rules are for cloning on the network you're connected to. Try typing
/motd and read that, or again, ask in the #Help channel.
G'luck.
Regards,
