not sure if this is a bug or not, but its something that mirc should not be doing. on connecting to multiple servers, i created a custom catergory where i put the servers i use most often, and most of them if i dont click on connect again fast enough, they go to either all or the server name catergory, like dalnet or something. I think that if there is an option to create your own catergories, then you shouldn't have to keep switching to it.
