Hi,

I was wondering if there is a way in Mirc to get a listing of the properties of an identifier. (in case my docs aren't up to date).

thanks!

Not quite what I was thinking. (That's what I was already looking at). oh - well. More what I was thinking of was getting the whole listing of properties - say $chan only gives the channel name, but $chan.topic gives the topic. What if I want to print out everythign about the channel/identifier? DO I have to lookup the identifier properties and type in $chan.prop_name for each one?

Feeling silly for not asking more specifically before.

Everything that is in mirc can either be found in help, or in the complete versions text ( http://www.mirc.co.uk/versions.txt ). if its not in those, then its undocumented, and that usually means that its either been replaced by another identifier, or included for backwards compatibilty.

To answer your question, you must name each property individually. You can't "loop" through each property, you must know its property directly.
