Hello,

I can’t connect to serves using port 6667, but i can connect some servers using port 7000, i have a ADSL router with firewall and NAT i already open the port 6667 in the router, but i do not open the port 7000.

I’am from Portugal and the portugueses servers only use port 6667.

I suggest opening port 6667 on the firewall too. It could be that port 7000 was already free for some reason, which is why you haven't had to open that and can still connect.

It's best to open ports 6667-7000 on both the firewall and router.

I don't see why Portuguese servers would only support one port...try asking the Server Administrator if it allows any other ports, that's very restricted. Try /motd.

Happy chatting.

Regards,

Mentality/Chris
