mIRC is now supporting HLP and TXT in the HELP option, how about just add a CHM as option as CHM offer more flexibility and more functionality.

beside this, It should not be quite difficult to add it to add this in HELP, just need to tweak the code, and also add.. maybe a /chm as command (?) to invoke any chm files ?

If you're talking about the Help menu, try putting a .chm file in your mirc directory and go to Help > Help files.

To open a .chm file from the command line just type /run filename.chm. If you're talking about /chm <topic>, I'm not sure if it's possible.

it's quite possible, actually the Microsoft HTML Help APIs are based on the oringial Microsoft Help APIs (which were RTF based). khaled could probably add the CHM functionality to the existing help support. a /chm alias would also be pretty nice and should be easy to implement, but is there an existing alias to open a specified help files topic? I didn't know there was, if there is (/help only applies to mIRCs I thought).
