In the options dialog, under Connect -> Firewall.
Change the Firewall support setting to something else than "None" and press OK.
Now return to that options tab,
you cannot change the setting to something else than Server/DCC/Both, so you're not able to disable it again.

This is a weird display bug affecting some windows configurations.

The option is 'there', the dropdown list just doesn't show it, use your cursor Up/Down keys to show the hidden option. You can also just /firewall off if need be.

i just changed mirc.ini
but good to klnow there are other ways
