I'm guessing that those who use the wonderful command /halfdef find it at times annoying when you at times use allot of input commands that may start with a /.
You could say of course that you could create aliases instead of / input commands and i won't disput that.
But there should be someway of using a definition that could use instead of haltdef but also if $1 != $def or $default thereby would eliminate default commands getting in the way of input commands.

Tell me your thoughs, scripts and or suggestions about this suggested feature.

I'm not quite following what you're saying, but I think it has something to do with using haltdef in ON INPUT and not allowing commands to go through?

If this is the case, why not check if the line starts with the command character and have your ON INPUT script not do anyting to it? Of course, if you do this, make sure to check $ctrlenter as well. Sometime people want those lines to be sent to the server...
