UMmmmmmm mIRC isnt an irc server so this wouldnt be the place to ask, check out the network help room, usualy #help, #helpdesk, or the name of the network as the room name.
When asking a questyion, be specific, and try to limit yourself to using english with not too many typos. There are hundreds of IRC networks. If you don't specify which one you're on, how are we supposed to know?
