Forums General Discussion why can't I enter "scripts&popups"??

Did you mean alt + r scripts and popups?
You have to use the left alt...

If you mean the mIRC editor, your script may prevent it, or you have a script with a hacked exe file to prevent it.

If you mean these forums - the only reason I can think of is your IP or IP-range was banned.
