on *:PART:#yourchannelnamehere:{

But that will be annoying for everyone who leaves your channel...

In addition to it being annoying, it will probably have the reverse effect of what you're after, i.e. people won't want to come back. If your channel is a good one, you shouldn't need to do that - people will keep coming back regardless of whether you invite them or not. And bear in mind that if someone has parted your channel, it could be for a variety of reasons, and constantly inviting them back might just seem...well, desperate.

Never compare yourself to others - they're more screwed up than you think.

Not only that ive seen in some cases that a person doing invites on a network can possibly be killed by an IRCop but ive only seen that happen once....plus what everyone else added...you would be better off adding in the channel topic "Welcome to #Example Channel, enjoy your visit and hopefully ya'll keep coming back" or something along those lines. Cause what ive read so far, everyone will be annoyed and probably wont come back to your channel.

Along with what everybody else has said, people also ignore invites in one way shape or form

Those who fail history are doomed to repeat it
