Forums Connection Issues aaargh.. helppp!!! connection failing

hi,
can anyone help me please?

when someone attempts to send me a file, I get the following message:

Accept File
Connection Failed

why is this? i have settings to auto accept, i am connected to a dcc server, i don't know what other setting i should have, but have looked through options and have turned on everything that i think should be (?).

does anyone have an idea why connection fails when i try to receive a file?

my isp is not dropping off and i am connected,,,

what's going on?

try the Search thingie in the top of this site, i belive i have seen 100 questions about the same thing.. so brows true the old ones and im shure you find the answer there.

Most likely the prob is on the senders end, but look in your status window to see if you are getting any error msgs. Even tho you arent getting specifically what this thread is discussing, some of the same things could be effecting you
