This isn't a really annoying, or troublesome bug at all; it's there, though, so it's something worth fixing ;-) Anywho, here's how to reproduce it:
1.) Have a status window open (or any window for that matter). Make sure the window is open and active.
2.) Click the 'View' menu.
3.) Click on 'Switchbar'.
4.) Minimize the active window. You'll notice it gets minimized as a docked-titlebar.
5.) Now click the 'View' menu and again click 'Switchbar'.
The switchbar will show, but the docked-minimized window will remain (until you click on ANY switchbar button or activate the window again).
This also seems to work if you keep numerous windows active, hide the switchbar, minimize them all, and then show it again. They will all hide themselves after you navigate to one or click on any one of their switchbar buttons.
