Well, it really isn't a suggestion for mIRC for instead for the help file, I can't seem to use the scroll on my mouse (which I am very used to doing :P). As for mIRC I have no problem with it and have no suggestions about it.
The help file doesn't appear to have changed in function, and according to Tjerk, is still compiled by the same help writer he's used since '95. I can scroll just fine with my mouse wheel.
See if a reboot fixes this for ya.
