Forums Connection Issues HELP!!!!

I am trying to download mirc. My friends want to chat with me on this network, but the darn thing won't download. I know about MSN but what about M-web? I click on Download mIRC and everything but then nothing happens. Please give me some assisstance. I am retarded when it comes to computers.

-download mIRC from one of the sites at www.mirc.com/get.html and if you have problems with one downloading site, try another one. You can also read the helpful info at www.mirc.com/install.html

-is it possible you have something that blocks downloads on your puter? like an option or parental control?

-MSN does not allow the use of mIRC, so we cant/wont help you with that
