If you want to make a DLL learn a language like C, C++, or Delphi. I think people have even managed to find ways to use Visual Basic and C# to make DLLs mIRC can use.

codemastr C	Yeah the "dll maker" is called a C compiler, and the "java maker" is called a Java compiler.
