Can any 1 help me. I want to make a buddy list but dont know how to i would b so happy if any 1 can help me on this plz confused

A buddy list is a NickServ function. mIRC has a NOTIFY list and to place users there just type /notify <nickname here>.

If you stiull really want a buddy list then the command is (something like) /ns buddy add <nickname here>.

I don't know about other networks, but on Webnet if you add someone to your buddy list, they have to authorise it. I'd just stick to notify where you don't get any of this nonsense. smile

Yep same because we have the same IRCd. The reason for authorisation is twofold:

1. Buddy list is mutual - You add a mate to yours and your name is added to theirs at the same time.
2. Buddy list event shows the full unmasked IP.

Personally I don't use either, I just come and go.
