Forums Scripts & Popups Url click problem

when I clicked on a irc url E.g
<a href="irc://irc.global-dimension.org/wxdcc" target="_blank">irc://irc.global-dimension.org/wxdcc</a> , it show the following error! What's wrong with it?
Cannot find the file 'irc://irc.global-dimension.org/wxdcc' (or one of its components).
Make sure the path and filename are correct and that all required libraries are available.

Some others here have the same problem, how did you solve it?

Option -> General -> Servers, check Enable DDE Server!

If somehow the problem occur even thought Enable DDE Server is already check, simply uncheck and check again, restart mirc!
