Forums mIRC Help Cannot autoop or autovoice user !!

Hi,
I have a problem with my irc channel #mr.funkkill3r [If you haven't got a problem with joining and performing my channel than please do this !!] !!
If I want to set +av/+ao on a user by executing the following command /msg L chanlev #mr.funkkill3r user I just get a message like this :
[19:53] -L- Couldn't add t`m|Ic3man[bm] to #mr.funkkill3r.
[19:53] -L- Either there is no room for more users on #mr.funkkill3r
[19:53] -L- or there is no room for more channels on t-B|CS's account.

I hope you can say me how I can fix this or what I should do !

The error msg you got seemed self explanatory, no more room on one of you, but the best thing to do is either go to the networks website or ask in one of their help channels (look in their MOTD). Each network has its own rules/policies/methods for the various services functions.
