OP Vir Mostly harmless V Joined: Jun 2003 Posts: 1	Is there a way to cap my own CPS to a certain amount on DCCs with an mIRC client or other IRC program? I'm not talking about limiting the CPS per user who is downloading from me. I am talking about capping my own CPS downloading from other people. Please reply if you know a way.
