Due to probably a combination of both getting older and using a 3440 x 1440 resolution, I find the mIRC UI these days to be very small.
In games I would simply increase the UI scale to have a better view, and in almost all applications everything scales correctly with my Scale setting (which is set to 125%)
The fonts in the main windows and the Script editor luckily allows me to compensate in these areas, but for example the mIRC Options dialog is difficult to read for me.
I did find the high DPI override option, but this does not have the desired effect, since it makes mIRC look blurry.
Is there any other way to improve my experience?
