I am sorry if this is a repeat question. I looked in the FAQ's and this question was not there.

So how do I create my own channel?

It varies from network to network. If services are available on your chosen network, type /chanserv help register. If not, go to one of the help channels on your network.

easily enter -> /join #CHANNEL

If then chan isnt already registred by sombody else, you have got your own Channel

First of all you'll need to join an empty channel by doing /Join #Channelname then goto a help channel on your network sutch as #Help or #IRCHelp and ask if and how you can register a nickname then how to register your channel
