Hello Khaled!

When I try to change the title of a dialog using /dialog -t title, it won't recognize utf chars, they appers as ??? chars.

E.g.: when I use /dialog -t Mp3_system IVE (아이브) - Either Way.mp3

it shows as IVE (???) - Either Way.mp3

This problem happens only when using /dialog -t

Thanks for your bug report. I have tested this here and have not been able to reproduce an issue. The Korean characters are displayed as expected in the dialog titlebar.

Well, I made some more tests here and discovered this only happens on dialogs marked by mdx.dll

The most likely reason is that mdx.dll is not using Unicode.
