is that possible to make the same position to ALL windows (so when i do /windoiw -R window it will place the window in the position (i want it to work for all windows (@windows too))

Well I doubt you could do that.
You could set a var to a fixed xywh e.g. %winpos 100 100 1000 900, and use "/window <name> %winpos" instead of the -R switch.

R = reset window position to previously saved position

If the window position has not been saved, how could mIRC reposition it to previously saved position?

i want to SAVE the position and then i will use -R the place the window in that position
i want to know if there is a way to save it for ALL windows

Open them, position them, save the position.

but you can set the positions with script and then use the popups to "Remember All"
