Starting today with beta 7.61.367 I started seeing [16:45] irc.server.com ACK

Thanks for your bug report. I have not been able to reproduce this issue so far.

On which network/server are you seeing this?

When do you see the message? When you first connect? Later on?

If you enable debugging with /debug @debug, to output debugging to a @debug window, can you post the debug log here so we can see the context?

Also, if you disable scripts with the "/remote off" command, and then connect to the server, do you see the message?

Thanks, I was able to reproduce this.

This is due to the latest mIRC beta changing from the draft version of IRCv3 labeled-response to the final version.

In the final version of lable/labeled-response, an ACK is sent from the server to the client every time a client sends a labeled message that does not require a response from the server, such as a /privmsg or /notice. mIRC enables label/labeled-response by default.

I will be adding a check for labeled ACK messages from the server to filter them out in the next beta.
