Hello! smile
How to reproduce found bug:
1. Exec command "/whois NickName"
[22:37] NickName is ~bill@host001.ms.net * realname
[22:37] NickName on #channel01 +#channel02 %#channel03 @#channel04
[22:37] NickName using irc.mirc.net WDC server of mIRC IRC
[22:37] NickName has been idle 45hrs 18mins 52secs, signed on Wed Jan 04 01:17:59 2017
[22:37] NickName End of WHOIS list.
2. Try to double-click or right-click on +#channel02

I cannot reproduce. I can right click the channel fine. with the mouse on the '+', it doesn't work but that's by design.
Try it with remote off by typing /remote off, if it then works it means it's one of your script which is responsible for this (an on hotlink event, typically), don't forget to put your remote back on with /remote on.

New info about problem:
if IRC-network freenode then all is OK, no bug; example: channel ##hamradio, member +w8irc, channel #freenode user +R2AMO.
on the RusNet, for example #hamradio and any other channel with any voiced nick, bug reproduces as described in topic start.
"/remote off" doesn't take effect

Ok, I can reproduce on that network, the '+' sign is used as channel type on that network, which is probably why it fails.
