Depending on what you're going to use it for, I was looking into something potentially as well myself - if someone was banned to see why and if it was justified.
For that, using an external source to keep track of the thousands of lines would probably be more feasible.
Something like
http://tab-bot.net/overrustlelogs/ (You have to add your channel to be logged) would probably work.
