The file Control.ini only hold 10 entries for ignore. Why is this? I put users on ignore and they are not showing in the file.

mIRC does not place a limit on the number of ignore entries. If you have installed mIRC in the "Program Files" folder (from your other post), Windows will prevent mIRC from modifying its own files, which means that any changes to settings will not be saved correctly.

Are you saying that there should be nothing in the program Files (x86) folder? Would a fresh install of mIRC correct this? Thank you

The Program Files folder is for files that do not change after installation (mirc.exe, mirc.chm, readme.txt, etc.). All other files (mirc.ini, servers.ini, scripts, etc.) belong in the AppData\Roaming folder. This is the default for a clean installation of mIRC, as long as you don't click the "portable" install option.
