I wonder if there is any way to write a Java-based bot, but running on mIRC?

run the bot, see its feautures and write them in mIRC Scripting language

Thank you I will look to see how I can do it, I'm new to IRC so I do not have much idea about creating scripts.

If you don't have the knowledge to create scripts then you cannot do that.
