Forums Bug Reports wrong port on subsequent server connections

I open; irc.ircstorm.net port +6699

then I open; bravo.healthfulchat.org 6667

it says "[17:22] * Connecting to bravo.healthfulchat.org (+6699)

[17:22] * Unable to connect to server (Connection refused)"

then I open; irc.snoonet.org 6667

it says "[17:23] * Connecting to irc.snoonet.org (+6699)
-
[17:23] * Unable to connect to server (Connection refused)"

Please can you fix it so the appropriate port is selected for connection, on the second and third irc servers

If I choose; "/s bravo.healthfulchat.org 6667" then it connects fine

with "/s irc.snoonet.org 6667" it's also fine

in other words, mirc remembers the first irc server's port, and opens further irc servers with the same port as the first server, instead of the port allocated to that server connection, which is what it should do

This problem has been happening for months, I thought I should alert you to the bug

How are you selecting a server? If you choose an explicit port the way you described, mIRC should be using it. The only time mIRC will select a port for you is if you don't choose one, like:

/server irc.server.com
