Forums Connection Issues Closing Connection: Connection Lost (Broken pipe)

Have been getting this error for 3 days already. Please help. Never had this issue before and been using irc years.

Been a week having this same error over and over again from xdcc. Checked my settings on my router and dcc settings are all fine. rebooted router, rebooted pc, make sure my port forwarding are done correctly, turn off windows firewall as well as router firewall still getting this error. Please help!
